The conveyor line primarily handles material transportation. Within the on-site warehouse, production workshop, and packaging workshop, a conveyor chain composed of numerous roller belt conveyors, roller conveyors, and similar equipment forms a continuous conveyor line from end to end. At the material entry and exit points, a diverter device, a lift, and a ground conveyor line are installed. This configuration establishes a closed-loop conveying system within the warehouse, production workshop, and packaging workshop areas, enabling simultaneous and efficient delivery to all production sites. Prior to entering the conveyor system, all relevant materials, parts, components, and finished goods used in production must be packaged in pallet boxes equipped with barcodes. Driven by production orders issued from the production management system, pallet boxes containing materials enter the conveyor line system through designated entry points.
The logistics conveyor line's automated control system primarily employs PLC control technology. Through its automatic identification capabilities, the system flexibly handles production materials within pallets, conveying them along optimized paths at accelerated speeds. This facilitates the temporal and spatial transfer of production materials between locations, ensuring coordinated manufacturing of diverse products and enabling rapid changeovers as required. Consequently, it guarantees high-quality operation of factory equipment and production processes. In this process, optimal path control emerges as the core technology of the logistics automation system, with other system components operating accordingly around this path control function.
At each conveyor entry point, operators load materials into different pallets according to the production schedule. They then input the barcodes of these pallets into the production management system using handheld barcode laser scanners. The production management system immediately generates a production order for each pallet barcode based on the production plan and places it in the production order form for retrieval via the logistics automation control system. Each production instruction consists of three parts: the barcode code on the pallet box, the entry and exit positions of the pallet box on the conveyor line.
